[Halld-physics] Spring 2016 Dataset Analysis Launch

We will start the analysis launch with 2016-02 data this Friday, June 2, 
2pm. Please send me the link to your plugin in svn, or the reaction you 
want me to turn on in the reaction filter plugin.

We have the 2017 data reconstruction coming up soon, so the priority will be for that, but if enough people are interested we can run one final analysis launch over the 2016 data.
