[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver24

Dear Colleagues,

The latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver24) was completed. It includes new calibrations for the runs 
30808+.

I also included 2 full runs with low beam intensity (30300 and 30484) 
that can be compared to the first full reconstruction run.
