[Halld-physics] Polarization values

Hello Richard,
I don't believe that we have real 'artifacts' in the PS
spectrum after we integrate over the production angle
(phi). I would say that the polarization may impact the
PS energy resolution.

P.S. We still don't know how well TAGH counters are
aligned (the same for PS)
