There are several important abstract deadlines coming up in January that we should be aware of:

APS GHP Meeting (https://www.jlab.org/indico/event/282/ <https://www.jlab.org/indico/event/282/>): abstracts due 1/21/19
INPC 2019 (http://inpc2019.iopconfs.org/home <http://inpc2019.iopconfs.org/home>): abstracts due 1/25/19 

If you’re planning to submit an abstract to one of these meetings (or any other meeting), please circulate them on this mailing list at least 1 week in advance of the deadline.
