[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2018-01 ver06

Dear Colleagues,

We ran a monitoring launch over the runs taken in December and January 
with an improved timing calibration. It also includes this year's 
CDC/FDC HV scan and the 3 runs taken without magnetic field (40844, 
40847, 40848).
