[Halld-physics] New Dilepton meeting time: Thursday, 2 PM

Hi all,

Just a brief reminder that the new time this year for the Dilepton WG
meetings are at 2PM on Thursday, when a tracking meeting is not scheduled.
Please let Lubomir and I know if you have a conflict with this time.
