[Halld-physics] Analysis launch: 2017-01 ver08

The high intensity runs 30796 - 31057 are now processed as well, the 
analysis launch is complete. We wrote 46TB of analysis trees for 39 
channels to the file system. I updated the webpage with the directory sizes.

I will set up ver09 now.
