[Halld-physics] Meson 2018 second draft

Thanks to every one for their feedback, from it I have produced a new draft of the talk, please find here: https://halldweb.jlab.org/DocDB/0036/003634/001/MESON_2018.pdf .  I have yet to complete Eugene's suggestion of changing the colors on slide 32, but this is not of material consequence for the content of the talk and should be completed today.

I am still open to comments and suggestions until Wednesday.
