[Halld-physics] Discussion of parasitic physics running with DIRC/CompCal commissioning

Hi All,

Several people have expressed interest in taking some parasitic data with low energy settings of the coherent peak in Fall 2018 during the DIRC/CompCal detector commissioning period: Nov 19 - Dec 19, during which time the electron beam energy will be 10.3 and 9 GeV.  At the collaboration meeting (Saturday @ 12:15 pm) we plan to have an initial discussion of these proposals to determine their compatibility with the priority of detector commissioning.  Igor and Ken have contributed a few slides each already
