[Halld-physics] Analysis launch: 2017-01 ver14

Dear Colleagues,

The latest analysis launch over the full 2017_01-ver02 REST data is 
done. Unfortunately, the trees produced by some of the 13 reaction were 
extremely large. They filled up the intermediate storage, which 
triggered the automatic deletion of other files before they could be 
merged. As a consequence, none of the selected samples contain the 
entire data set.

As the trees of the remaining files may still serve as a starting point 
for your studies, they were merged per run and can be found here:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2017-01/analysis/ver14/

I will resubmit the reactions which are less disk-footprint heavy in the 
next round, after we fixed the default cut on dE/dx.
