[Halld-physics] Obtaining tagged flux on target from CCDB

Hi All,

Following the latest REST production for the 2016 and 2017 data, the measured PS flux has been included in the CCDB along with the PS acceptance provided by Sasha’s analysis of the TAC data.  To utilize these values from the CCDB, please see this wiki page:
