[Halld-physics] [GlueX] RunPeriod-2018-01 monitoring ver19 launch complete

Dear colleagues,

The post-processing for this launch is done as well. All histograms are 
accessible via Plotbrowser, runBrowser and versionBrowser.

The merged histogram files can also be found here:

/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2018-01/mon_ver19/rootfiles/

and the merged root trees are saved to the cache disk:

/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2018-01/ver19/

Out of the 549 runs, 7 did not return any output (040859, 040884, 
041080, 041111, 041122, 041124, 041133).
