[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2018-01 ver18

Dear Colleagues,

  Monitoring launch 18 on the 2018-01 data was started yesterday at NERSC. It is being run on the KNL nodes
due to having more availability. We fairly quickly got up to 750 nodes simultaneously in use so we are already
20% done. Transfer speed to NERSC has dropped off though so the rate has fallen off quite a bit.
