[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2017-01 ver18

Dear Colleagues,

As announced in the last production and analysis meeting, we regenerated 
the relevant analysis trees from the workfest data sample with much 
looser preselection cuts. As a result, the size of the root trees almost 
tripled from 4TB to 11TB. Detailed information is linked here:

Please compare the results between ver16 and ver18. Based on this, we 
should be able to find a general set of preselection requirements.
