[Halld-physics] MENU2019 Proceedings: SDMEs for Vector Mesons

Dear colleagues,

Please find a first draft for my MENU2019 proceedings with this link:

All plots for rho and omega were shown at the conference. I redid the 
plot for phi in the same style, since I received the numbers from Alex 
Barnes' latest analysis in the mean time.


The deadline is Friday, August 16h, 2019. The page limit is 7 for talks 
in parallel sessions like mine.
