[Halld-physics] plot of rho omega phi

Hi Elton,
I made a simple parametrization of the Laget curve for rho
photoproduction and put it into a plot with our cross sections for low
and high energy as a function of W (see attachment). The shape seems to
agree quite well, but our absolute value is lower at the high energy
end. This could be explained by the too shallow t slope in MC, which
overestimates our acceptance.
