[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2018-08 ver00 (Low Energy)

Dear Colleagues,
We have completed an analysis launch over this low energy data set. It
was done with exactly the same software version stack as the
reconstruction and included all reactions that are currently under study
to extract low energy cross sections.
Please fine the merged trees here:
