[Halld-physics] Practice Talks for MENU

Thanks to all the speakers for presenting their practice talks and all the collaboration feedback over the last couple days.  Please post your updated slides to DocDB after you’ve incorporated the suggested changes.  

Note: For those using integrated luminosity values in their presentations I created a summary table on the wiki with the luminosity estimates in the coherent peak and E > 8.1 GeV (used in the J/psi paper) https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_Phase-I_Dataset_Summary <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_Phase-I_Dataset_Summary>.  Please use these in your presentations as necessary to indicate the relative size of our Phase-I data.
