[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2017-01 ver32

Dear Colleagues,

We completed another full analysis launch for the Spring 2017 data set.

4 of the channels include a missing neutron. Since this is exploratory 
and the size for these trees is immense, we restricted the launch for 
these channels to 28 runs (30730-30788) which corresponds to about 10% 
of the full data set.
