[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch 2018-08 ver05: Low Energy

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed an analysis launch for the cross section measurements 
with the Fall 2018 Low Energy data set. Information about the included 
channels can be found here:

We used the halld_recon tag 'analysis-2018_08-ver05', which should be 
equivalent to an upcoming release.
