Hi all,

A quick reminder that the DNP abstracts are due on Friday, so if you
have feedback to give any of our contributors, please do it soon.

We have a very nice lineup, which I've collected at this wiki page:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_DNP_2020#Submitted_GlueX_contributed_talk_abstracts

For those of you who are submitting abstracts, you can do so through
this web page:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__abstracts.aps.org_Meeting.cfm&d=DwIBaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=p3b5acpwYNkmZ3alLqoe1DpcHi6vq5JvK_7ohJe1WqI&m=KROeyQDBv9YRJkhws5JlbWoVsUR8fxtOxOf_YJU1G3E&s=grr3JBge2EZbYLR2izNUb0bgbiZgqntZU1EHWbC9Osc&e=

Please remember to specify that you are giving the talk on behalf of
the GlueX Collaboration. When submitting the abstract, under "Number
of Teams/Collaborations", you should specify "1", and then list the
GlueX Collaboration on the following page. Also, when asked for a
sorting category, you will most likely specify "11 - Hadronic Physics"
(if not, you most likely know the appropriate category).

Cheers,
Sean
