[Halld-physics] DNP Abstracts: Include GlueX Collaboration

Hi Elton,

Just to clarify for others, there are is an "affiliation" box under author, and a separate box for "Team/Collaboration Information". Is the suggestion is to put some variant of"for the GlueX collaboration" in the "affiliation" box, and separately and "GlueX Collaboration" under "team/collaboration"?
