[Halld-physics] DNP Practice Talks: Monday 10/26 and Tuesday 10/27

Hi all,

We will be having practice talks for the upcoming DNP meeting this
coming Monday and Tuesday, 10/26 and 10/27, in sessions starting at 10
am and 2 pm on each day.  You can find the schedule of these practice

Please remember that only previously approved results (including those
approved at the ongoing Collaboration Meeting) will be allowed to be
shown in these talks.

Note that the remote DNP meeting this year will be using the Zoom
Webinar software for the presentations.  Naomi has graciously agreed
to run a practice session for those who have not used this software
beforehand and would like some practice.  This session will be at 1 PM
JLab time, Tuesday 10/27.  It is STRONGLY encouraged to get some
practice with this software, because the time limits for these talks
are very strict and there is not much time allowed between talks.
