[Halld-physics] Reconstruction Launch 2019-11 ver01: batch03

Dear Collaborators,

We completed one entire batch of the first reconstruction launch of the 
2019-11 data ('Spring 2020'). It includes 93 runs in the run number 
range 71728-71855. This sample amounts to about one eighth of the full 
data set, and was processed here at Jefferson Lab in about 3 weeks. More 
information on the production can be found on the wiki:

Extracted random triggers, histograms and trees can be found in the same 
location. A subfolder with merged histograms and trees is included. The

Please have a look! Quick feedback on the data quality is very much 
appreciated. Other batches are currently processing on four sites in 
parallel (IU, PSC, NERSC, JLab) and will be available soon.
