[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2019-11 ver18 batch09 and 10

Dear Colleagues,

We completed a monitoring launch for the first 2 batches of the current 
run (Summer 2020 data):

batch09: runs 72645-72760
batch10: runs 72761-78857

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the web pages:
