Dear all,
Please find some minutes to this meeting below and at:

Cheers,

Minutes
1. Announcements
* DNP early registration ends today, presenters should take advantage of this
* More guidance on DNP preparations will be given at next Physics WG Meeting
* We have a set up a new repository to hold analysis codes, to
collect the software (DSelectors, ROOT macros, etc.) being used to
generate physics analysis notes and papers, to help with documentation
and communication. Some examples have been already added for some of
the existing GlueX publications and some other mature analyses. People
who are fairly far along in their analysis are encouraged to use this
resource, and we will evaluate guidelines for its future use. Please
let Sean know if you have any questions.
2. Status of papers under review
* Δ++π- beam asymmetry paper approved for submission to PRC
* Committee response to Λ(1520) SDME analysis expected this week
* ρ SDME and ALP-search analyses addressing comments and systematic
studies, expect to form committees in coming months
3. Analysis updates
* Foda showed the status of his ωπ0 cross sections. He has been
extending these to multiple batches of the Spring 2018 data and
t-dependent cross sections. Further work is needed to understand the
difference between the run periods.
