[Halld-physics] New meeting time from poll result

Hi Everybody,
given the poll results the date and time with the most likely 
participants is still at 9am
early morning EDT (sorry about that) and the day is Thursday.

So this coming Thursday 9 am will be the next Uniqueness tracking meeting.
