[Halld-physics] New 2020 Analysis Launch Deadline: December 31

Dear Colleagues,

We are still working on recovering a few lost REST files from our 2020 
production that were affected by the IBM tape issue and other problems. 
We are also finalizing the DIRC alignments which will also require a 
software update. For these reasons, we decided to delay the next 
analysis launch for a few days. The new deadline for submitting new 
channels for the 2019-11 ver01 REST files through the submit form 
(https://halldweb.jlab.org/analysis/SubmitReaction.html) is December 
31st. Please make sure to include your reaction if it was not yet 
included in the first pass.
