[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] XWG and ΣWG meeting times

Hello everyone and a Happy New Year!

We are proposing to start the XWG and ΣWG meetings 30 min earlier, so at 2pm EST.  This is to accommodate Hall meetings at JLab.  

Please let us know by Wednesday if this creates a conflict for you so that we proceed accordingly.
