[Halld-physics] Upcoming Presentation of ALP Search paper paper: Tuesday, August 17th

Dear Colleagues,

The Review Committee for the proposed paper titled "Search for
photoproduction of axion-like particles" has completed their review,
and will present a summary of the results and conclusions of the
paper at an upcoming Physics Working Group meeting, scheduled
for 11 am (JLab time) on Tuesday, August 17th.  After this presentation,
we will vote on proceeding with the publication and submitting
the paper draft to the full collaboration for review.

If the vote is successful, the paper (with a complete author list)
will be made available to the collaboration with additional time for
comments and a deadline to be determined.  If you have questions or
comments on the paper, they should be sent to the authors and review

maintain a record of the discussion.
