Dear Collaborators,

We are making a great process in completing the first round snake scan and currently, we are down to the last few crystals. Thanks to the co-operative effort from Hall C Colleagues, we were able to take the 4 hours of valuable TAC run from noon to 4 pm today. For this evening and overnight running, we will continue with the CCAL calibration. TAGM work (by Richard) is on stand-by. 

Looking ahead, there will be a great possibility that the accelerator will have a maintenance day on Tuesday. But this decision has not been finalized. The tentative plan for us is to align the target installation with the maintenance day on Tuesday to minimize the beam time loss. But the final decision will be made by tomorrow morning after the 9 am meeting with PD.

There is no meeting for tomorrow morning, but I will send out a status update on the target installation.
