[Halld-physics] New MCwrapper submission page

Hi all,

The new MCwrapper submission page is now online https://halldweb.jlab.org/gluex_sim/SubmitSim.html <https://halldweb.jlab.org/gluex_sim/SubmitSim.html>
You might have to clear your cache in order to see the new page.

You will notice that it doesn’t look massively different, but there are a few new options. You can now choose some preset default values based on beam times. Choosing one of them will deactivate a few options reducing the overall number of boxes people have to tick to submit projects.
This was one of the requests I got from various people.

Another new option is the addition of the NoTag option. Choosing this will mean that tagger randoms are not added to the MC. Please use with care.

The changes have been tested for different browsers but as always with big changes: Please check the outputs carefully and make sure that you got what you asked for. Let me know if there are any issues.
