[Halld-physics] abstract to DIS2023

I would like to submit the attached abstract to the DIS2023 workshop:

I was encourage to do so by one of the conveners planing to organize a J/psi parallel session. The deadline for the submission is Dec 12. Please let me know if you have any comments.
