[Halld-physics] Hadron 2021 Proceedings

Dear Collaborators,

I have uploaded a draft of my Hadron 2021 proceedings for the Amplitude
Analysis of eta pi Final States at GlueX (
https://halldweb.jlab.org/DocDB/0054/005412/001/Hadron_2021_Proceedings_Article_v1.pdf).
The submission deadline is January 15th. at 23:59 Mexico City time. Please
send me comments by early next week so I can make sure to implement them in
time for submission.

Due to formatting issues with the Hadron template, there are some things
that look awkward in this draft that will be taken care of by the editors
(references, equations, figure layout). Please overlook these for the time
being as they will be corrected later.
