[Halld-physics] Internal GlueX deadline for DNP abstracts: June 27

Hi all,

The deadline for submitting abstracts to the APS DNP conference
(https://tigers.phys.lsu.edu/dnp2022/main.html) is coming up at the
end of the month (July 1).

To provide time for internal review and checking for overlapping
subjects, if you plan to submit an abstract to the DNP conference,
please follow this procedure:

No later than Monday, June 27, please:
- upload your proposed abstract to the DocDB
- link the DocDB entry to this wiki page with the abstract title and
planned sorting category:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/GlueX_DNP_2022
- notify me and the appropriate topical WG convener(s)

Expect to receive additional comments and instructions after this.
