[Halld-physics] Spin-Density Matrix Elements for rho(770) Meson Photoproduction

Dear Colleagues,

I summarized the extraction of spin-density matrix elements for the 
production of rho mesons in an analysis note:

This first draft should provide an overview of the analysis method and 
introduce the results.  So far it only sketches the estimation of 
systematic uncertainties and several parts deserve a more detailed 
description.

This note may serve as the basis for a GlueX publication on a reasonable 
time scale. Any input or participation is highly appreciated.
