[Halld-physics] XWG and ΣWG Meeting on Monday, October 10

Hi All,

On Monday, October 10 we are restarting the Cross Section (XWG) and Beam Asymmetry (ΣWG) Working Group meetings starting at 1pm ET.

The goal of these meeting is to followup on several of the discussions at the collaboration meeting, including DNP and work on publications.  Those presenting at DNP should show any followup they have on preliminary results they plan to show at the meeting, which will need to be approved at this meeting before the practice talks the week after. To make sure we have time for discussion before DNP, these WG meetings this week are combined.  The plan is to start with the XWG discussions at 1 pm and continue to the ΣWG discussions after that.  If you have particular schedule constraints, please let me know and we’ll adjust accordingly.
