[Halld-physics] Upcoming conference abstract deadlines - next May 31

Hi all,

Please note the upcoming conference abstract submission deadlines,
particularly for the SPIN 2023 and MENU 2023 conferences, which have a
deadline of May 31.

If you plan to submit an abstract to either of these conferences,
please send it to me for approval by noon on Tuesday, May 30th.
