[Halld-physics] [EXTERNAL] Calibration/Monitoring progress for CPP

Dear Colleagues,

In lieu of the extra meeting this week, we have this progress report:

The following detector subsystems have monitoring instructions completed
and are ready for the volunteers to start work:
CDC, TOF, PS, TAGH, TAGM.

The following are working on the instructions and/or a new plugin:
BCAL, CTOF, FCAL, FDC, FMWPC and Analysis.

and the following are just waiting for the next monitoring launch:
Timing.
