[Halld-physics] NO Vec-PS meeting this week

Hi All,

Due to the proximity to the holiday break and lack of big updates, we'll 
plan to cancel this week's Vec-PS meeting and reconvene in January 2025.

Since a new semester will begin soon, please let me know if the 11am 
Thursday timeslot no longer works for you. If needed, I can set up a 
when2meet poll to pick a new time.
