[Halld-physics] XWG Meeting Plan: next meeting Wed, Jan 17 @ 9 am

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone for filling out the Doodle poll for the XWG meeting.  No time fit everyone’s schedule but the best time appears to be 2-3 pm ET on Monday afternoons, so that will be our standard time for this Spring starting in 2 weeks on January 29th.

This Monday is a holiday in the US (Martin Luther King Jr Day) so instead we will meet this week on Wednesday, January 17th at 9 am.  A draft agenda is on the wiki https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/January_17,_2024,_Cross_Section_Working_Group, please add to it as needed.

To offset our meetings with some other WGs we would like to have our first Cross Section WG meeting of 2024 next week and repeat bi-weekly after that.  With schedules changing for the new academic semester we are looking for a new meeting time for Spring 2024.  Please fill out the Doodle poll with your general availability for January-May here https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/eEK8rDWb by this Friday, so we can set a time for our meeting next week.
