[Halld-physics] Final XWG Meeting time shift: 11 am on Monday, July 29

Hi All,

I heard some feedback that there’s a preference to move the XWG meeting earlier in the day to avoid the all-hands meeting.  Since there won't be a software WG meeting on Monday, we’ll be using that time slot at 11 am.
