[Halld-physics] QNP2024 Abstract

Dear Colleagues,

I was encouraged to give a talk at this year's QNP conference 
(https://indico.icc.ub.edu/event/180/).

Since I am not aware of a GlueX plenary speaker, I am aiming at a 
leading talk in a parallel session with the attached abstract.

Please let me know if you have any corrections or suggestions. The 
deadline for abstract submission is March 15.
