[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2022-08 ver14: PrimeX

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a new monitoring launch for the 2022-08 PrimeX data 
set. For the 1121 runs selected with the RCDB query 
"@is_primex_production and status!=0", we processed 5 evenly-spaced 
files throughout the duration of each run.

We used the new AlmaLinux9 for the launch. It is also the first launch 
where the StartCounter is rotated back to it's original position and the 
mapping of the channels was corrected.
