[Halld-physics] Upcoming Presentation of Y(2175) Paper - Tuesday, October 1st

Dear Colleagues,

the review committee for the proposed paper titled “Observation of a structure at a mass of about 2.24 GeV/c2 in the first photoproduction cross-section measurement of γp → φπ+π − p” has completed their review and will present a summary of the results and conclusions at the Physics WG meeting next week Tuesday, October 1st at 11:00am EST.

After this presentation we will vote on proceeding with the publication and submitting the paper draft to the full collaboration for review.

If the vote is successful, the paper (with a complete author list) will be made available to the collaboration with additional time for comments and a deadline to be determined.
