[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2025-01 ver03

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed an analysis launch for a subset of the 2025 data set 
(REST ver02). This launch was intended to compare flux-normalized yields 
between 2020, 2023 and 2025:
