Dear all,
F326/7 has been reserved for tomorrow's meeting. Please find the agenda
and zoom info at
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/November_12,_2025,_Calibration_%26_Production
Below I have copied the request that was sent out to the detector experts
after the last meeting (about getting the 2025 data ready for production)
with the embedded links removed and written explicitly.
The FDC and PS experts still need to relabel the plots from batches 1-6.
The BCAL, DIRC, ECAL, and PS experts need to decide if they want to go with
the ML labels for batches 7+ or use a human volunteer.
Thanks for your help,
Naomi.

Subject: 2025 dataset monitoring and calibrations
Hi everyone,
It is time to get moving with the rest of the occupancy plot monitoring for
2025, and also with the calibrations. The validation page is at
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RunPeriod-2025-01_Validation
*Please update the tables with your progress.*
We are using PlotGrader to show the plots and record the monitoring
result. The 2025 version 10 plots show the second half of the 2025 run
period. According to the wiki table, the detector experts for ECAL, FCAL,
FDC and PS/PSC have not yet checked their volunteer's labels for batches
1-7. If this is out of date, please update the table. If you are having
trouble using PlotGrader, please ask for help. PlotGrader is at
https://halldweb.jlab.org/PlotGrader/PlotGrader.html
*TAGH/TAGM and the FDC* - these volunteers should label the rest of the
plots using PlotGrader, please.
*All other detector experts* - please contact Torri to find out if the ML
model that she developed and trained using the labelled plots for batch 1-7
has produced useful results for the remaining batches. If you decide that
it would be better for your volunteer to label the plots instead, then
please ask them to do so ASAP.
It would be really great if we could all get this done before the next C&P
meeting on November 13. If we are still working on this while the lab is
furloughed then I will have to share tarballs of the monitoring plots and A
SPREADSHEET. I am sure that none of us want that to happen. Please do let
me know if you are unable to help.
Thank you
Naomi.
