[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver10

Dear Colleagues,

We completed the first full monitoring launch for the 2025-01 GlueX-II 
data set. We successfully reconstructed the first 5 files for all 1198 
runs with the RCDB query "@is_dirc_production and status!=0". 
Unfortunately, a large portion of the runs show a timing shift which 
impacted the reconstruction. It will be corrected before the next 
monitoring launch.

This launch used version_7.0.0.xml, which includes the dependency on 
ROOT 6.32. We have already identified a few minor issues, please report 
if you see anything unusual.

All merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several root trees, including 
PART trees for pi0, rho, omega and Lambda, are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/ver10/
