[Halld-physics] Random trigger files for 2023-01 ver04 simulation

Hi all,

The random trigger files for the simulation of 2023-01 ver04 REST data
are mostly available here:
/cache/halld/gluex_simulations/random_triggers/recon-2023-01-ver04

We are currently fixing a few problem runs, but these should be ready
to be used for initial simulations of these data.

Please let me know if you see any problems.
