<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto"><div><br></div>Justin and others,<div><br></div><div>According to bylaws we will conduct a vote to submit after the presentation from the committee. </div><div><br></div><div>It would be helpful to send around the final draft of the paper and complete supporting documentation prior to such a meeting so people can read and prepare to comment on the suitability for submission.</div><div><br></div><div>Ideally people should have more than one day to review the final draft and prepare for the presentation and vote.
